ConvoForms — AI Phone Receptionist for Trades
ConvoForms is a service of Fresh Rec, LLC (doing business as
ConvoForms). We provide an AI phone receptionist that answers calls for trade
businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, and similar), books appointments,
and captures lead details.
SMS appointment confirmations
When a caller schedules an appointment during a call handled by the AI receptionist,
the receptionist verbally asks whether the caller would like a one-time text
confirmation sent to the number they are calling from. A confirmation text is sent only
to callers who verbally consent on the call. ConvoForms sends these messages on the
business's behalf; each message is identified as "<Business> via ConvoForms."
Messages are transactional only — no marketing. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help;
message and data rates may apply. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared
with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
